NERD 2024

The Norman Education Research Day (NERD) is dedicated to celebrating the rich history and future of health professions education research and scholarship across the Faculty of Health Sciences and McMaster University. NERD is named after one of McMaster’s longstanding faculty, Dr. Geoff Norman. Dr. Norman is a Professor Emeritus, a Scientist at McMaster Education Research, Innovation & Theory (MERIT), and a member of the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact.


This one-day event will be hosted IN-PERSON and is an opportunity to hear from leaders in health professions education research. We welcome you to connect with other professionals who, like you, share a passion to create a brighter world for health professionals and address emerging issues within health professions education.
